How a house gets built

A conversation
You tell BMS what you want to build. Brady reads it and calls you himself, within one business day. The first call is to see whether the house, the land, and the timing are a fit.

The land
Bring a lot you already own. Or keep looking, on the market or off it. If you need land, Brady will help you find it across the Oklahoma City metro.

The design
Some houses start from a BMS plan and are reshaped for the family. Some are drawn from scratch. Design can happen in-house, or with an architect you bring. Finishes are chosen here, with the structure in mind, not after it.

The build
BMS carries the project from that plan through construction. The aim is a process that stays understandable, and a house that is as sound as it is considered.

The house
A finished home, built to be lived in. That is the standard the rest of the work is measured against.

Investment, infill, and small commercial projects are a smaller part of the work. They begin with the same call.
